According to Human Rights in Iran, on Friday 16 June 2023, Marzieh Adinezadeh along with her father and uncle (the family of Abolfazl Adinezadeh, a teenager who died during the protests of 2022), were arrested by the security forces in Mashhad, the capital of Razavi Khorasan province.
According to an informed source in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "While the family of Abolfazl Adinezadeh was present at their son's grave on the occasion of his birthday, the security agents suddenly attacked and violently behaved, Ali Adinezadeh father, Marzieh Adinezadeh sister and Reza Adinezadeh uncle of this deceased teenager were arrested and beaten."
As of the moment of writing this news, there is no information about the place of detention, legal examples of the charges and the name of the arresting body of these people.
On June 20, 2023, she was released on bail, and on June 27, 2023, Mohsen Vahidian Azimi, the investigator of branch 903 of the Mashhad General and Revolution Prosecutor's Office, charged her.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز جمعه ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، مرضیه آدینه زاده همراه پدر و عموی خود (خانواده ابوالفضل آدینه زاده نوجوان جان باخته در جریان اعتراضات ۱۴۰۱)، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در مشهد مرکز استان خراسان رضوی بازداشت شدند.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”در حالی خانواده ابوالفضل آدینه زاده به مناسبت جشن تولد وی بر مزار فرزندشان حاضر شده بودند ماموران امنیتی با یورش ناگهانی و رفتار خشونت آمیز، علی آدینه زاده ـ پدر، مرضیه آدینه زاده ـ خواهر و رضا آدینه زاده ـ عموی این نوجوان جان باخته را توام با ضرب و شتم بازداشت کردند.”
در تاریخ ۳۰ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲او را به قید وثیقه آزاد کردند و در تاریخ ۶ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲توسط محسن واحدیان عظیمی، بازپرس شعبه ۹۰۳ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب مشهد، تفهیم اتهام شد.
