مجتبی روتیوند غیاثوند ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات مردمی شهریار استان تهران با شلیک گلوله جنگی از سوی نیروهای نظامیامنیتی جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد. مراسم خاکسپاری چند روز بعد در آرامستان همین شهر برگزار گردید. مجتبی وی متولد ۱۷ مرداد ۱۳۶۷ اهل روستای «سوخته چنار» طارم سفلی استان قزوین و ساکن خادم آباد شهریار پدر دو فرزند و مهندس عمران بود.

Mojtaba Rotivand Ghiyasvand was killed on January 9, 2026, during public protests in Shahriar, Tehran Province, by live ammunition fired by military-security forces of the Islamic Republic. The burial ceremony was held a few days later at the cemetery in the same city. Mojtaba was born on August 8, 1988, in the village of "Sukhteh Chenar" in Tarom Sofla, Qazvin Province, and was a resident of Khademabad, Shahriar. He was a father of two and a civil engineer.
