روز پنج شنبه ۱۸ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ امیر نوزمانی ۴۴ سالهساکن تهران در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در حوالی حسین آباد و میدان هروی این شهر با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای سرکوبگر حکومتی و اصابت گلولە جنگی بە سر جان خود را از دست داد. این شهروند صاحب کافه ای با نام «بەوقت کافه» در میدان هروی بوده است. بنا بر اطلاعات دریافتی خانواده امیر نوزمانی پس از چهار روز بی خبری و جستجو پیکر وی را در میان انبوه اجساد در کهریزک شناسایی کردەاند. امیر نوزمانی متاهل و پدر یک فرزند بود.
