در تاریخ 3 آذر 1399، پس از احضار به دادگاه انقلاب سقز، وی با تفهیم اتهام و صدور قرار بازداشت موقت مواجه شد. ابتدا به زندان سنندج منتقل و سپس به زندان سقز انتقال یافت. اتهامات شامل عضویت در حزب دموکرات کردستان ایران، تبلیغ علیه نظام و جاسوسی به نفع یکی از احزاب کردی بود. شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب سقز به ریاست قاضی جواد مصطفایی حکم 4 سال حبس تعزیری را صادر کرد. در تاریخ 8 آبان 1402، پس از اتمام دوران محکومیت، این فرد از زندان سقز آزاد شد.
On 23 November 2020, an individual was summoned to the Revolutionary Court in Saqqez, where they were charged and faced a temporary detention order. Initially, the person was transferred to Sanandaj Prison and subsequently moved to Saqqez Prison. The charges included membership in the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan, propaganda against the regime, and espionage for one of the Kurdish parties. The First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Saqqez, presided over by Judge Javad Mostafaei, issued a sentence of four years of imprisonment. On 30 October 2023, after completing the sentence, the individual was released from Saqqez Prison.
