One of the followers of Erfan-e Halgheh who was serving her sentence outside prison under furlough, had her case closed Sunday 20th Mehr 1404 (12th October 2025), following a standard pardon and was released.

The three-year prison sentence of Ms Narges Khorasani, a supporter of Erfan Halgheh, who is imprisoned in Evin Prison, was reduced to one year and six months in prison after accepting a retrial and retrial at Branch 21 of the Tehran Provincial Court of Appeal.
A fan of Halgheh Irfan is serving her sentences in Evin prison. She went to this prison on the 26th of Khordad 1403 (15th June 2024) to endure imprisonment.
