Reports indicate that Nayeb Haji Zadeh, a resident of Yengije village and a political prisoner in Urmia Central Prison, has been granted temporary leave on bail amounting to 3 billion tomans. This leave has been granted for medical purposes.
Nayeb Haji Zadeh was arrested by security forces on 8 October 2019. After being transferred to a detention centre of a security agency in Urmia and undergoing interrogation, he was moved to Urmia Central Prison on 19 October 2019.
During the trial, he was prosecuted by a judge from Branch 2 of the Urmia Revolutionary Court. He was initially sentenced to 10 years and 1 day of imprisonment on charges of membership in a group intending to disrupt national security and engaging in propaganda against the regime. After accepting the verdict, his sentence was reduced to 7 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
به گزارش ها، نایب حاجی زاده، فرزند مدنی و اهل روستای ینگجه، که به عنوان زندانی سیاسی در زندان مرکزی ارومیه محبوس است، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۳ میلیارد تومان به مرخصی اعزام شد. این مرخصی به منظور انجام امور درمانی صورت گرفته است.
نایب حاجی زاده در تاریخ ۱۶ مهر ماه ۱۳۹۸ توسط نیروهای امنیتی دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در ارومیه و طی مراحل بازجویی، در تاریخ ۲۷ مهر ماه ۱۳۹۸ به زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شد.
در جریان دادرسی، وی توسط قاضی شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه محاکمه و به اتهام عضویت در گروه و دسته به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به ۱۰ سال و ۱ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. پس از اعلام تسلیم به رأی، محکومیت وی به ۷ سال و ۶ ماه حبس تعزیری کاهش یافت.
