Ali Hosseini, a resident of the village of Deyvaznav in the Sarvabad district of Kurdistan Province, was arrested on 18 Aban 1404 after being summoned to the news headquarters of the county's intelligence office. Reports indicate that he was transferred to an undisclosed location for interrogation and has been denied the right to contact or access a lawyer.
It has also been reported that Ali Hosseini was previously detained by security forces on 30 Farvardin 1403. After undergoing interrogation and being formally charged, he was released on bail.
علی حسینی، شهروند اهل روستای دیوزناو از توابع سروآباد در استان کردستان، در 18 آبان 1404 پس از احضار به ستاد خبری اداره اطلاعات این شهرستان بازداشت شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی برای بازجویی به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده و از حق تماس یا دسترسی به وکیل محروم است.
همچنین گزارش شده است که علی حسینی پیشتر در 30 فروردین 1403 توسط نیروهای امنیتی دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
