Dastgir Gorgij, approximately 30 years old, married, and father to two young children aged two years and two months, a resident of Hematabad neighborhood in the Shirabad area of Zahedan, has been identified by Hal Vash.
Sources from Hal Vash reported that this Baloch citizen was shot on the evening of January 9 near the Emamat–Esteghlal intersection in Mashhad, close to his relatives' home. He was returning home with a close relative in a personal Peugeot 405 after visiting a gas station when he was shot from behind. Dastgir Gorgij was sitting in the passenger seat when a bullet struck the left side of his head from the back of the vehicle.
The sources added that this citizen had not participated in any protest gatherings and was merely targeted during the street suppression of protesters. After being shot, he was severely injured and transferred to Razavi Hospital in Mashhad, where he died two days later due to the severity of his injuries.
Hal Vash sources stated that after his death, security agencies demanded 500 million tomans from his family in exchange for releasing his body. The relatives of the deceased repeatedly visited security and intelligence agencies in Mashhad over 11 days to obtain permission for the burial. During this time, security officials suggested that they themselves would bury the body and only inform the family of the burial plot number, a suggestion that the family rejected.
Ultimately, the body of Dastgir Gorgij was buried on Thursday, January 23, 2026, under strict security measures and in the presence of military and security forces, with only a maximum of ten close relatives attending, at Behesht Reza in Mashhad. According to sources, security forces were present at the site from the beginning to the end of the burial ceremony and did not leave the location until the very last moment.
The report indicates that no permission was granted to transfer the body of this Baloch citizen to Zahedan for burial in his hometown.

دستگیر گرگیج حدودا ۳۰ ساله فرزند ظاهر متاهل و دارای دو فرزند خردسال دو ساله و دوماهه اهل و ساکن محله همت آباد از توابع منطقه شیرآباد شهر زاهدان توسط حال وش احراز شده است.
به گفته منابع حال وش: «این شهروند بلوچ در شامگاه ۱۹ دی ماه حوالی چهارراه امامت–استقلال مشهد و در نزدیکی منزل بستگانش پس از مراجعه به پمپ بنزین و در حالی که به همراه یکی از بستگان نزدیک خود با خودروی شخصی پژو ۴۰۵ در حال بازگشت به خانه بوده هدف شلیک گلوله از پشت قرار گرفته است. دستگیر گرگیج در صندلی شاگرد نشسته بود که از پشت خودرو گلوله ای به ناحیه سر سمت چپ او اصابت کرده است.»
منابع در ادامه افزوده اند: « این شهروند هیچ گونه حضوری در تجمعات اعتراضی نداشته و صرفاً در ساعات سرکوب خیابانی معترضان هدف تیراندازی قرار گرفته است. وی پس از اصابت گلوله به شدت مجروح و به بیمارستان رضوی مشهد منتقل شد اما دو روز بعد بر اثر شدت جراحات وارد در این بیمارستان جان خود را از دست داده است.»
منابع حال وش می گویند پس از مرگ این شهروند نهادهای امنیتی از خانواده او درخواست مبلغ ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان در قبال تحویل پیکر کرده اند. همچنین بستگان این جان باخته طی ۱۱ روز بارها به نهادهای امنیتی و اطلاعات مشهد مراجعه کرده اند تا اجازه دفن پیکر صادر شود. در این مدت مقامات امنیتی پیشنهاد داده بودند که خودشان پیکر را دفن کنند و تنها شماره پلاک محل دفن را به خانواده اعلام کنند؛ پیشنهادی که با مخالفت خانواده مواجه شده است.
در نهایت پیکر «دستگیر گرگیج» روز پنج شنبه ۲ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۴ تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی و با حضور نیروهای نظامی و امنیتی تنها با حضور حداکثر ده نفر از بستگان نزدیک در بهشت رضای مشهد به خاک سپرده شد. به گفته منابع نیروهای امنیتی از آغاز تا پایان مراسم دفن در محل حضور داشته و تا آخرین لحظه محل را ترک نکرده اند.
بر اساس این گزارش به هیچ عنوان اجازه انتقال پیکر این شهروند بلوچ به زاهدان برای خاکسپاری در زادگاهش داده نشده است.
