در تاریخ ۲۱ فروردین ۱۴۰۲، یک شهروند به نام سجاد چمنی اهل کرمانشاه بر اثر شلیک نیروهای امنیتی جان باخت. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که این حادثه در ایست بازرسی بخش فیروزآباد کرمانشاه رخ داده است. گفته شده که نیروهای امنیتی به دلیل حمل بنزین بدون اخطار قبلی به این شهروند شلیک کرده اند. این شهروند کرد در پی اصابت گلوله به ناحیه سر جان خود را از دست داده بود. پس از پیگیری های خانواده چمنی، پیکر سجاد پس از سه روز به خانواده اش تحویل داده شد و در آرامستان "زهرا" کرمانشاه به خاک سپرده شد.

On 10 April 2023, a citizen named Sajad Chamani, from Kermanshah, passed away due to gunfire from security forces. Reports indicate that the incident occurred at a checkpoint in the Firoozabad district of Kermanshah. It has been stated that security forces fired at this Kurdish citizen without prior warning due to the transportation of petrol. The individual lost his life after being shot in the head. Following the family's inquiries, Sajad's body was returned to his family after three days and was buried at the "Zahra" cemetery in Kermanshah.
