A resident of Sarpol-e Zahab, identified as Ramin Karami, who was severely injured during protests in Kermanshah, has passed away due to the severity of his injuries after being hospitalised for several days.
Reports indicate that on 20 October 2022, security agencies informed Ramin Karami's family to collect his body in Kermanshah. It has been stated that security agencies told the Karami family that their son was shot during the protests on 12 October 2022 and died after being hospitalised for several days.
Additionally, it has been reported that security agencies threatened the Karami family with a fine of 700 million tomans if the news was publicised and it was announced that he was killed by gunfire. After obtaining a commitment from the family to state that Ramin died of a heart attack, his body was released to them.
A close family member mentioned that they had no information about Ramin Karami since Wednesday, and security agencies did not provide details about the location of the shooting, the duration of his hospitalisation, or the hospital where he was treated.
یک شهروند اهل سرپل ذهاب به نام رامین کرمی که در جریان اعتراضات کرمانشاه به شدت مجروح شده بود، پس از چند روز بستری بودن بر اثر شدت جراحات وارده جان خود را از دست داد.
بر اساس گزارش ها، در تاریخ 28 مهر 1401، نهادهای امنیتی خانواده رامین کرمی را مطلع کرده اند تا جسد وی را در کرمانشاه تحویل بگیرند.
گفته شده است که نهادهای امنیتی به خانواده کرمی اعلام کرده اند که فرزندشان در شامگاه 20 مهر 1401 در جریان اعتراضات تیر خورده و پس از چند روز بستری بودن جان خود را از دست داده است.
همچنین گزارش شده است که نهادهای امنیتی خانواده کرمی را تهدید کرده اند که اگر این خبر رسانه ای شود و اعلام کنند که در اثر تیراندازی کشته شده است، مبلغ 700 میلیون تومان جریمه خواهند شد. پس از اخذ تعهد مبنی بر اینکه بگویند رامین در اثر سکته قلبی جان خود را از دست داده، پیکر وی تحویل داده شده است.
یکی از نزدیکان خانواده کرمی اظهار داشته که از روز چهارشنبه هیچ اطلاعی از رامین کرمی نداشته اند و نهادهای امنیتی نیز اطلاعاتی درباره محل تیر خوردن، مدت بستری بودن و بیمارستان محل بستری ارائه نکرده اند.
