On Saturday, September 16, 2023, Alireza Fazeli (Farhad Omidi), a resident of Tehran born on October 29, 2001, with a diploma in computer programming and a constitutional political activist, was arrested by the intelligence officers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the city and transferred to their detention center.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۲۵شهریور ۱۴۰۲، علیرضا فاضلی(فرهاد امیدی)، ساکن تهران، متولد: ۷ آبان ماه ۱۳۸۰، دیپلم برنامه نویسی کامپیوتر، فعال سیاسی مشروطه خواه، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، در آن شهر بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شده است.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”پس از پیگیرهای بسیار متوجه شدیم آقای امیدی برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده به یکی از ۲ بازداشتگاه بند ۱ الف یا ۲ الف سپاه، منتقل شده است اما بازپرس دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران در خصوص اتهامات پاسخ را به بعد اتمام بازجویی ها موکول کرده است.”
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مکان دقیق نگهداری، مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات یا اتهام منتسب شده به علیرضا فاضلی(فرهاد امیدی)، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، علیرضا فاضلی، در تایخ ۱۶ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران امنیتی در میدان انقلاب تهران، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه ۱ الف سپاه پاسداران و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام و به زندان تهران بزرگ منتقل شده بود.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، علیرضا فاضلی توسط شعبه ۲۹ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، به ریاست سیدعلی مظلوم محاکمه و از بابت اتهام(اجتماع و تبانی) به تحمل ۲ سال حبس تعزیری و به اتهام (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) هم به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود.
با توجه به ابلاغ بخشنامه قوه قضائیه، علیرضا فاضلی، در تاریخ ۲۳ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱، پس از مختومه شدن پرونده و صدور قرار منع تعقیب، از زندان تهران بزرگ آزاد شد اما در تاریخ ۱۸ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی از سوی بازپرسی شعبه ۳ دادسرای ناحیه ۳۸ تهران احضار شده بود.
