Ainollah Rezazadeh Jouybari, a resident of Sari, the capital of Mazandaran province, is currently detained in Tir Kola prison. Despite more than 45 days having passed since his arrest, he remains in an uncertain situation and deprived of the basic rights of a defendant. He had previously faced arrest and imprisonment due to his civil activities.
A source close to the family of this critical cleric reported that the conditions for prisoners and defendants in Tir Kola prison in Sari are inadequate. Rezazadeh Jouybari is held in quarantine, a 40-square-meter room, without proper separation of crimes, and lacks access to safe drinking water and adequate nutrition. Moreover, some prisoners have contracted fungal and skin diseases, and no measures have been taken by the authorities to eliminate insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches. These issues led to Rezazadeh's protest, which was not addressed, and instead, his beard was shaved.
The source further added that interrogations of Rezazadeh Jouybari have concluded, but the Sarai IRGC intelligence and the prosecutor are preventing the conversion of his detention order to bail.
On July 20, 2023, Ainollah Rezazadeh Jouybari was arrested by IRGC intelligence officers, transferred to their detention center, and after undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was moved to the quarantine ward in Tir Kola prison in Sari, Mazandaran province.
Rezazadeh Jouybari, in a second instance, on September 2, 2020, removed his clerical attire in protest against the policies of Shia clerics and due to the destabilization of the foundations of religion in the minds of contemporary Iranians.
This protesting citizen was first arrested in 1990 for opposing the concept of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist and the leadership of Ali Khamenei. After interrogation and being charged, he was released but was subsequently arrested again during his civil activities and sentenced to imprisonment. On October 31, 2022, he was released from Sari prison after completing his sentence.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز چهارشنبه ۱۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، عین الله رضازاده جویباری، ساکن ساری مرکز استان مازندران و محبوس در زندان تیرکلا، علیرغم گذشت بیش از ۴۵ روز از تاریخ دستگیری بطور بلاتکلیف و در محرومیت از حقوق اولیه یک متهم بسر می برد. وی پیشتر هم به سبب فعالیتهای مدنی خود با بازداشت و حبس تعزیری مواجه شده بود.
به نقل از یک منبع نزدیک به خانواده این روحانی منتقد در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”با توجه به اینکه وضعیت نگهداری زندانیان و متهمان، در زندان تیرکلای ساری نامناسب است و آقای جویباری بدون رعایت اصل تفکیک جرائم در بند قزنطینه که یک اتاق ۴۰ متری است محبوس و از دسترسی به آب آشامیدنی سالم و تغذیه مناسب، محروم است و از سوی دیگر، برخی زندانیان درگیر بیماری های قارچی و پوستی شده و در این زندان راهکاری از سوی مسئولان برای از بین بردن حشراتی از قبیل پشه و سوسک در نظر گرفته نشده و همه این موارد اعتراض آقای رضازاده را در پی داشت اما نه تنها به مطالبه او رسیدگی نشد بلکه ریشهای وی را تراشیدند.”
این منبع مطلع در ادامه افزود:”بازجوی ها از آقای رضازاده جویباری به اتمام رسیده و اطلاعات سپاه ساری و دادستان، مانع تبدیل قرار قضایی پرونده از بازداشت به وثیقه هستند.”
لازم به اشاره است، در تاریخ ۲۹ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، عین الله رضازاده جویباری، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به بند قزنطینه در زندان تیرکلا ساری مرکز استان مازندران، منتقل شد.
عین الله رضازاده جویباری دومین مرحله نیز، در تاریخ ۱۱ شهریور ماه ۱۳۹۹، در اعتراض به سیاست ورزی های روحانیون شیعه و به خاطر تزلزل بنیان های دین در اندیشه انسان ایرانی عصر حاضر، خود را از لباس روحانیت خلع کرده بود.
این شهروند معترض، نخستین مرحله، در سال ۱۳۶۹ به خاطر مخالفت با مساله ولایت فقیه و رهبری علی خامنه ای، بازداشت شد و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام آزاد شد ولی مجددا چند سال در ادامه فعالیتهای مدنی خود، بازداشت و به تحمل حبس تعزیری محکوم شد و درتاریخ ۱۰ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، با پایان دوران محکومیت از زندان ساری آزاد شده بود.
