علی هاشمی مطلق ۳۲ ساله شامگاه ۱۹ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در شهر اندیمشک با شلیک مستقیم گلوله های جنگی توسط نیروهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی کشته شده است.
ه گفته شاهدان عینی این تیراندازی در محدوده بین بازار و خیابان «سینا» اندیمشک رخ داده است. بر اساس گزارش ثبت شده در کلانتری سه گلوله به علی هاشمی مطلق اصابت کرده است. یک گلوله به مچ پای راست یک گلوله به پشت ران راست و گلوله سوم به پهلوی چپ که از پشت بدن او عبور کرده است.
خانواده علی هاشمی مطلق صبح روز ۲۰ دی ماه پس از قطع شدن تلفن همراه او پیگیری های خود را آغاز کرده اند و حوالی ساعت ۱۲ ظهر از کشته شدن او مطلع شده اند. خانواده او ساکن شهر اندیمشک هستند.
به گفته یک منبع نزدیک به خانواده پیکر علی هاشمی مطلق بامداد روز ۲۲ دی ماه حدود ساعت ۳ صبح با تماس تلفنی به خانواده اطلاع داده شده و به آن ها اعلام شده است که تنها چند نفر از اعضای خانواده و بستگان نزدیک اجازه تحویل پیکر را دارند.
بر اساس این روایت به خانواده اجازه برگزاری مراسم عمومی خاکسپاری داده نشده است. مقام های امنیتی پیشنهاد کرده اند که او به عنوان «بسیجی» و «شهید» معرفی شود اما خانواده با این موضوع مخالفت کرده اند.

Ali Hashemi Motlagh, 32, was killed on the evening of January 9, 2026, in the city of Andimeshk by direct gunfire from the Islamic Republic's security forces. Eyewitnesses reported that the shooting occurred between the market area and Sina Street in Andimeshk. According to a report filed at the police station, Ali Hashemi Motlagh was hit by three bullets: one struck his right ankle, another hit the back of his right thigh, and the third entered his left side and exited through his back.
Ali Hashemi Motlagh's family began their inquiries on the morning of January 10, after his mobile phone was disconnected, and learned of his death around noon. His family resides in the city of Andimeshk.
A source close to the family reported that the body of Ali Hashemi Motlagh was announced to the family by phone at around 3 a.m. on January 12. It was communicated to them that only a few family members and close relatives were permitted to receive the body.
The family was not allowed to hold a public funeral ceremony. Security officials suggested that he be introduced as a "Basiji" and "martyr," but the family opposed this.
