Two brothers from Ilam, named Amirali and Emad Zakerifard, who were detained by the Ilam Intelligence Organisation on 2 November 2022, have recently been temporarily released from the city's prison on heavy bail.
On 2 November 2022, the Ilam Intelligence Organisation detained the two brothers. Security personnel entered their mother's home, causing damage to the property, which resulted in their mother suffering a stroke.
Following their arrest, the brothers were transferred to the detention centre of the Ilam Intelligence Organisation, where they were held under pressure for 15 days. During this time, Amirali sustained injuries to his head, neck, and shoulder, while Emad suffered injuries to his head and leg. Emad also experienced a heart attack due to the intense pressure and was interrogated without access to medical services.
After the interrogation period, Amirali and Emad Zakerifard were moved to quarantine section 2 of the Ilam Central Detention Centre. They have recently been temporarily released from prison on heavy bail.
According to reports, Amirali Zakerifard has been sentenced to a total of 31 years in prison. His brother, Emad Zakerifard, has been sentenced to a total of 34 years in prison. These sentences have been calculated separately.
Additionally, each of the two has been sentenced to 74 lashes and a monetary fine payable to the state treasury.
دو برادر ورزشکار اهل ایلام به نام های امیرعلی و عماد ذاکری فرد که در تاریخ 11 آبان 1401 توسط ماموران سازمان اطلاعات سپاه ایلام بازداشت شده بودند، به تازگی با قرار وثیقه سنگین به صورت موقت از زندان این شهر آزاد شدند.
در تاریخ 11 آبان 1401، ماموران سازمان اطلاعات سپاه ایلام این دو برادر ورزشکار را بازداشت کردند. ماموران امنیتی با ورود به منزل مادری این دو شهروند، وسایل خانه را تخریب کردند که منجر به سکته مادر آنها شد.
این دو شهروند پس از بازداشت به بازداشتگاه سازمان اطلاعات سپاه ایلام منتقل و به مدت 15 روز تحت فشار قرار گرفتند. در جریان این فشارها، امیرعلی از ناحیه سر و گردن و کتف و عماد از ناحیه سر و پا مجروح شدند. همچنین عماد به دلیل شدت فشارها دچار حمله قلبی شد و بدون دسترسی به خدمات درمانی تحت بازجویی قرار داشت.
عماد و امیرعلی ذاکری فرد پس از اتمام دوران بازجویی به قرنطینه 2 بازداشتگاه مرکزی ایلام منتقل و به تازگی با قرار وثیقه های سنگین به صورت موقت از زندان آزاد شدند.
براساس گزارش های منتشرشده، امیرعلی ذاکری فرد به مجموعاً 31 سال زندان محکوم شده است. برادر او، عماد ذاکری فرد نیز به مجموعاً 34 سال زندان محکوم شده است. این احکام به صورت مجزا محاسبه شده اند.
علاوه بر آن، هر یک از این دو زندانی به 74 ضربه شلاق و همچنین پرداخت جریمه نقدی به صندوق دولت محکوم شده اند.
