According to the Campaign of Baloch Activists, on Monday, June 15, 2025, Yasin Kabdani, a detainee in Zahedan Central Prison, was sentenced to death by the judge of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court.
The charges against Yasin Kabdani were described as "enmity against God" and "corruption on Earth," leading to his death sentence.
A court hearing for Yasin Kabdani's case was held on June 15, 2025, by the judge of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court. After being transferred from Zahedan Central Prison to the Zahedan Judiciary, the accused was tried, and following the completion of the judicial process, he was returned to the quarantine ward of Zahedan Central Prison. However, he remains deprived of the right to contact his family.
It is noteworthy that Yasin Kabdani was arrested in October 2023 during protests related to the anniversary of the nationwide protests in 2022 in the city of Zahedan by security forces. After being transferred to a detention center of one of the security agencies and undergoing interrogation, he was eventually charged by the prosecutor of the Zahedan Public and Revolutionary Court and transferred to the Zahedan Correctional and Rehabilitation Center. In September 2024, a report was released stating that he had been sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment on charges of "enmity against God" and "corruption on Earth."

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز دوشنبه ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، یاسین کبدانی متهم محبوس در زندان مرکزی زاهدان، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان به اعدام محکوم شد.
براساس این گزارش، اتهامات منتسب شده به یاسین کبدانی، «محاربه» و «افساد فی الارض» عنوان و وی به اعدام محکوم شدند.
همچنین، جلسه دادرسی به پرونده قضایی یاسین کبدانی در تاریخ ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، برگزار و این متهم، پس از انتقال به زندان مرکزی زاهدان به دادگستری زاهدان، محاکمه شده بود و پس از اتمام مراحل دادرسی، به بند قرنطینه زندان مرکزی زاهدان، بازگردانده شد اما همچنان از حق برقراری تماس با خانواده خود محروم هستند.
لازم به اشاره است، یاسین کُبدانی، در مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، در جریان تظاهرات مرتبط با سالگرد اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، در شهر زاهدان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی ـ انتظامی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها در نهایت توسط بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب زاهدان، تفهیم اتهام و به بند کانون اصلاح و ترببت زاهدان، منتقل و کمپین فعالین بلوچ، در شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۳، با انتشار گزارشی اعلام کرده بود که این فرد با اتهامات«محاربه» و «افساد فی الارض» به تحمل ۱۵ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود.
