The charges against Mohammad Darvish Narouei were described as "enmity against God" and "corruption on earth," leading to a death sentence.
The court session for Mohammad Darvish Narouei's case was held on June 15, 2025, by a judge of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court. After being transferred to the Zahedan Central Prison, he was tried at the Zahedan Judiciary. Following the completion of the trial, he was returned to the quarantine ward of Zahedan Central Prison and remains deprived of the right to contact his family.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز دوشنبه ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، محمددرویش نارویی متولد: ۱۳۸۲، فرزند: عبدالرحمن، اهل استان سیستان و بلوچستان، متهم محبوس در زندان مرکزی زاهدان، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان به اعدام محکوم شد. براساس این گزارش، اتهامات منتسب شده به محمددرویش نارویی ، «محاربه» و «افساد فی الارض» عنوان و وی به اعدام محکوم شدند.
همچنین، جلسه دادرسی به پرونده قضایی محمددرویش نارویی در تاریخ ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، برگزار و این متهم، پس از انتقال به زندان مرکزی زاهدان به دادگستری زاهدان، محاکمه شده بودند و پس از اتمام مراحل دادرسی به بند قرنطینه زندان مرکزی زاهدان، بازگردانده شد اما همچنان از حق برقراری تماس با خانواده خود محروم است.
