به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از حال وش، جمعه ۱۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، مولوی ابراهیم حسن زهی، متولد: ۱۳۷۸، فعال مذهبی اهل سنت و زندانی عقیدتی ـ سیاسی، پس از اتمام دوران مرخصی ۵ روزه خود برای تحمل ادامه حبس به زندان مرکزی زاهدان، بازگشت.
لازم به اشاره است، مولوی ابراهیم حسن زهی، در تاریخ ۱۴ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، پس از تودیع وثیقه و طی مراحل قضایی به مرخصی ۵ روزه اعزام شده بود.
این شهروند اهل سنت، در تاریخ ۶ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۱، در مقابل مسجد مکی شهر زاهدان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان سیستان و بلوچستان در شهر زاهدان و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی زاهدان، منتقل شد.
پس از طی مراحل بازپرسی و ارجاع پرونده مولوی ابراهیم حسن زهی به شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، این شهروند اهل سنت، به تحمل ۳ سال و ۳ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
