Hossein Kashani Asl, a 29yearold Baloch citizen, was sentenced to ten years in exile in East Azerbaijan prison by the second branch of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court on charges of "being enemy of God". This verdict was delivered to him on the 30th of May 2023 in Zahedan prison. Hossein Kashani Asl was arrested on the 1st of October 2022 in Zahedan. According to his current report, he was tortured during his detention in order to obtain forced confessions. The issued verdict is preliminary and with Hossein Kashani's protest, the case has been sent to the appeals court.
حسین کاشانی اصل، شهروند ۲۹ ساله بلوچ، به اتهام «محاربه» توسط شعبه دو دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان به ده سال حبس در تبعید در زندان آذربایجان شرقی محکوم شد. این حکم روز نهم خردادماه 1402 در زندان زاهدان به وی ابلاغ شد. حسین کاشانی اصل، در تاریخ نهم مهرماه ۱۴۰۱ در زاهدان دستگیر شد. به گزارش حالوش او برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری، در دوره بازداشت مورد شکنجه قرار گرفته است. حکم صادر شده بدوی است و با اعتراض حسین کاشانی، پرونده به دادگاه تجدیدنظر ارسال شده است.
وی از دوستان خدانور لجه ای است که در جمعه خونین زاهدان به ضرب گلوله کشته شد.
