Prisoners in the women's ward of Evin Prison, following protests against the conditions of the ward and the behaviour of the prison officers and officials, have been deprived of family visits for three weeks.

Shadi Shadman, who was detained during the nationwide protests in December 2025 and is currently held in Evin Prison, has been sentenced to five years of imprisonment by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. Reports indicate that this sentence was communicated to her in Evin Prison. Prior to her arrest, Shadi Shadman made a living through tailoring and confectionery and participated in protest gatherings against high prices, inflation, and poor economic conditions.

شادی خدیجه شادمان، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری دی ماه 1404 و زندانی محبوس در زندان اوین، از سوی شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب تهران به پنج سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که این حکم در زندان اوین به وی ابلاغ شده است. شادی شادمان پیش از بازداشت از طریق خیاطی و شیرینی پزی امرار معاش می کرد و در اعتراض به گرانی، تورم و شرایط نامناسب اقتصادی در تجمعات اعتراضی شرکت کرده بود.
