Mohammad Moeinpour, a citizen from Bukan, remains in temporary detention following the rejection of his parole request on 6 September 2026. Despite providing a bail of five billion tomans, his release has not been granted.
Moeinpour was arrested on 16 August 2026 by agents of the IRGC Intelligence Organisation. He was subsequently transferred to the second security ward of Bukan's Central Prison. Initially detained on charges of "propaganda against the regime," he now also faces accusations of "buying and selling weapons." His current health status is unknown.

معین پور در 25 مرداد 1405 توسط مأموران سازمان اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی بازداشت و به بند دوم امنیتی زندان مرکزی بوکان منتقل شد. او ابتدا به اتهام "تبلیغ علیه نظام" بازداشت شد و اکنون با اتهامات "خرید و فروش سلاح" نیز مواجه است. وضعیت سلامت فعلی او نامشخص است.
