Peshva Aghapour, a resident of Bukan, was reportedly subjected to severe physical assault and detained after being summoned to the Bukan Intelligence Office during the Jin, Jiyan, Azadi movement on 5 November 2022. He was released after some time.
On 5 March 2026, Peshva Aghapour was detained again. According to a source close to his family, Aghapour was severely beaten, and his father sustained a rib fracture due to a blow from government forces. Aghapour was suddenly transferred from Urmia Central Prison to the Intelligence Office detention centre in the city.
پیشوا آقاپور اهل بوکان در روز شنبه ۱۴ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱ در جنبش ژن ژیان ئازادی پس از احضار به اداره اطلاعات بوکان به شدت مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت و بازداشت شد. او مدتی بعد آزاد شده بود.
وی روز پنجشنبه ١٤ اسفند ١٤٠٤( ٥ مارس ٢٠٢٦) بازداشت شده است. به گفته یک منبع مطلع نزدیک به خانواده پیشوا آقاپور این شهروند به شدت مورد ضرب وشتم قرار گرفته و پدرش نیز بر اثر ضربه نیروهای حکومتی از ناحیه دنده دچار شکستی شده است. وی به طور ناگهانی از زندان مرکزی ارومیه به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات این شهر منتقل شده است.
