Elham Zeraatpisheh, a lawyer, has been sentenced by the First Branch of the Shiraz Revolutionary Court to six years in prison, a two-year travel ban, and passport cancellation. According to the issued verdict, she received a five-year prison sentence for assembly and collusion against national security, and a one-year sentence for propaganda against the regime, along with a two-year travel ban and passport cancellation.
It has been reported that this lawyer was arrested in the vicinity of the Shiraz Enforcement Prosecutor's Office on 3 May 2026. Reports also indicate that she had been detained in court in 2023, and bail was denied. Eventually, she was released either with or without bail.
Elham Zeraatpisheh, a lawyer and member of the Fars Province Bar Association, has previously faced legal actions and arrests due to her activities.

گزارش شده است که این وکیل دادگستری در تاریخ ۱۴ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵ در محدوده دادسرای اجرای احکام شیراز بازداشت شده است. همچنین گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که وی در سال ۱۴۰۲ در دادگاه بازداشت شده بود و وثیقه برای او رد شده بود. در نهایت، او با وثیقه یا بدون آن آزاد شده بود.
