فرزین بلالی شهروند ساکن تهران شامگاه ۱۸ دی ماه با شلیک مستقیم تیر جنگی نیروهای امنیتی به پهلویش در منطقه هفت حوض کشته شد.
فرزین بلالی مادرش را سال ها پیش از دست داده بود و پدر ناشنوایش هم سال ها قبل و در کودکی او را ترک کرده بود.
او تنها زندگی می کرد و در یک موبایل فروشی در پاساژ پایتخت میرداماد مشغول به کار بود. فرزین هیچ کس را نداشت و اوقاتش را بیشتر با دوستانش می گذراند.
به گفته تعدادی از دوستان و همکارانش او به شدت دست و دل باز بود و به خوش حسابی و مهربانی در محل کارش معروف بود.
پیکر عزیز او ۲۰ دی ماه به نزدیکانش تحویل داده شد و همان روز به خاک سپرده شد.
وحید میرزایی عکاس درباره او نوشته: «در این چهارهفته اینهمه روایت کار کردم؛ از شهر به شهر و گوشه گوشه ایران.
اما هیچ روایتی به اندازه ی روایت فرزین بلالی منو دچار فروپاشی نکرد.
دوستش با هق هق و فریادهای سوزناکی گفت: “این بچه حتا کسی رو نداشت که رو قبرش برقصه.”
او تنها بود؛ تنهای تنهای تنها و به تنهایی عزیز ایران شد.

Farzin Belali, a resident of Tehran, was killed on the evening of January 8 by a direct shot from security forces in the Haft Hoz area. Farzin Belali lost his mother many years ago, and his deaf father left him during his childhood. He lived alone and worked at a mobile phone shop in the Paytakht Mall in Mirdamad. Farzin had no one and spent most of his time with friends. According to several friends and colleagues, he was known for his generosity and kindness at work. His body was handed over to his relatives on January 10 and was buried the same day.
A photographer wrote about him, stating that in these four weeks, they have worked on many stories across various cities and corners of Iran. However, no story affected them as much as Farzin Belali's. A friend, with sobs and heart-wrenching cries, mentioned that Farzin didn’t even have someone to dance on his grave. He was alone, completely alone, and became a beloved figure in Iran in his solitude, similar to the beloved Mohammad Hosseini.
