In December 2022, Fazel Bahramian, Dariush Saedi, Mehran Bahramian, and Younes Bahramian were arrested in connection with a shared case. These four protesting citizens have been denied access to a chosen lawyer and family visits. Reports indicate that their arrest followed their participation in a memorial ceremony for several individuals who died during protests. They were detained in relation to the death of a security force member named Mohsen Rezaei. Currently, they are being held at the Sepah Intelligence Detention Centre in Dowlatabad and a facility belonging to the Intelligence Ministry in Dastgerd Prison, Isfahan.
It has also been reported that the families of these citizens are under pressure from security agencies to refrain from publicising information about their situation. The prolonged detention of these four protesters in security facilities has increased concerns among their families.
در دی ماه 1401، فاضل بهرامیان، داریوش صاعدی، مهران بهرامیان و یونس بهرامیان در ارتباط با یک پرونده مشترک بازداشت شدند. این چهار شهروند معترض از داشتن وکیل انتخابی و ملاقات با خانواده محروم بوده اند. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که بازداشت این افراد پس از شرکت در مراسم چهلم تعدادی از جان باختگان اعتراضات صورت گرفته است. آنها در رابطه با کشته شدن یکی از نیروهای امنیتی به نام محسن رضایی بازداشت شده اند. این افراد در حال حاضر در بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سپاه واقع در دولت آباد و بازداشتگاه متعلق به اداره اطلاعات در زندان دستگرد اصفهان نگهداری می شوند.
همچنین گزارش شده است که خانواده های این شهروندان تحت فشار نهادهای امنیتی برای عدم اطلاع رسانی درباره وضعیت آنها قرار دارند. نگهداری طولانی مدت این چهار معترض در بازداشتگاه های امنیتی باعث افزایش نگرانی خانواده های آنها شده است.
