Saman Sidi Zadeh, born on September 29, 1998, also known as Saman Yasin, is a singer from Iran. He is accused of waging war by the Revolutionary Court due to his presence in the Iran uprising of 2022, and a death sentence has been issued for him. After the execution of Mohsen Shikari, concerns about his execution and his fellow prisoner, Mohammad Boroghani, have increased.
Saman Yasin, a songwriter, composer, and rap singer from Kermanshah, lives in Tehran, Iran, and follows the Yari religion. Yasin has written or sung many songs in protest of the socio-political situation of society, including in support of the nationwide protests of 2022.
Saman Yasin was arrested by security forces at his home on October 2, 2022, and was transferred to Evin prison after a few days; however, his family has no news of his condition after his transfer from Fashafuyeh prison to Evin prison. Evin prison officials told his family, after their repeated inquiries, that he is not allowed to have visitors.
During his detention, he has been deprived of the right to have a lawyer and to visit his family. Like some detainees, he has been subjected to severe physical and psychological torture to make a forced confession.
According to a report by the Judiciary News Agency of the Islamic Republic, on October 30, 2022, Yasin's trial was held under the presidency of the head of Branch 15 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, Abolghasem Salavati, along with several arrested protesters due to their participation in the protests. Saman Yasin was accused in this court of charges such as supporting protest rallies, singing epic and revolutionary songs, gathering and conspiring with the intention of acting against the country's security, and waging war.
Erlus Casper, a representative of the Social Democratic Party of Germany, has taken political responsibility for him in parliament and is making efforts to free Saman from prison.
سامان صیدی زادهٔ ۷ مهر ۱۳۷۷ معروف به سامان یاسین، خوانندهٔ اهل ایران است. او به دلیل حضور در خیزش ۱۴۰۱ ایران، از سوی دادگاه انقلاب به محاربه متهم و برایش حکم اعدام صادر شده است. پس از اعدام محسن شکاری، نگرانی از اعدامِ او و همبندش محمد بروغنی افزایش یافته است.
سامان یاسین، هنرمند ترانه سُرا، آهنگ ساز و خوانندهٔ سبک رپ اهل کرمانشاه، ساکن تهران و ایران و پیرو دین یاری است. یاسین، ترانه های بسیاری در اعتراض به وضعیت اجتماعیسیاسی جامعه، از جمله در پشتیبانی از اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ سروده یا خوانده است.
سامان یاسین در ۱۰ مهر ۱۴۰۱ به دست نیروهای امنیتی در منزلش بازداشت شد و پس از چند روز به زندان اوین منتقل شد؛ ولی خانواده اش پس از انتقالش از زندان فشافویه به زندان اوین، هیچ خبری از وضعیت او ندارند. مسئولان زندان اوین در پی مراجعات مکرر خانواده اش به آنان گفتند که او ممنوع الملاقات است.
و در دورهٔ بازداشت، از حق داشتن وکیل و نیز دیدار با خانواده، محروم بوده است. او مانند برخی بازداشت شدگان برای انجام اعتراف اجباری تحت شکنجه شدید جسمی و روانی قرار گرفته است.
بنا به گزارش خبرگزاری قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی، در روز ۷ آبان ۱۴۰۱، جلسه محاکمه یاسین به ریاست رئیس شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی تهران یعنی ابوالقاسم صلواتی به همراه شماری از معترضان بازداشت شده به دلیل شرکت در اعتراضات برگزار شد. سامان یاسین در این دادگاه به اتهاماتی همچون پشتیبانی از تجمعات اعتراضی، خواندن سرودها و ترانه های حماسی و انقلابی، اجتماع و تبانی به قصد اقدام بر علیه امنیت کشور و محاربه متهم شد.
ارلوس کاسپر نماینده حزب سوسیال دموکرات آلمان، در پارلمان کفالت سیاسی وی را بر عهده گرفته و با این کار تلاش های خود را متوجه آزادی سامان از زندان می کند.
