Reports indicate that on 22 June 2025, a citizen from Kermanshah named Fouad Alikhani, passed away following torture in the detention centre of the Kermanshah Intelligence Organisation. Information obtained suggests that Fouad Alikhani was arrested at a security checkpoint in Kermanshah and transferred to the city's intelligence office without being charged. It has been reported that he was subjected to severe physical torture during his detention, which ultimately led to his death.
It has also been stated that after the arrest, officials from the intelligence organisation contacted Fouad's family to inform them of his death, without providing any explanation regarding the cause or circumstances of his passing. Currently, security agencies are refusing to release Fouad Alikhani's body to his family.
بر اساس گزارش ها، در تاریخ یک تیرماه ۱۴۰۴، یک شهروند اهل کرمانشاه به نام فواد علیخانی، در پی شکنجه در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات سپاه کرمانشاه جان باخته است. اطلاعات به دست آمده نشان می دهد که فواد علیخانی در یکی از ایست و بازرسی های نیروهای امنیتی در کرمانشاه بازداشت و بدون تفهیم اتهام به اداره اطلاعات این شهر منتقل شده بود. گزارش شده است که وی در مدت بازداشت تحت شکنجه های شدید جسمی قرار داشته که در نهایت منجر به جان باختن او شده است.
همچنین اعلام شده که پس از بازداشت، ماموران اداره اطلاعات با خانواده فواد تماس گرفته و خبر فوت او را اعلام کرده اند، بدون ارائه توضیحی درباره علت یا شرایط مرگ. در حال حاضر، نهادهای امنیتی از تحویل پیکر فواد علیخانی به خانواده اش خودداری کرده اند.
