یک دانشجوی رشته آموزش ابتدایی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمانشاه از تاریخ ۱۸ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ ناپدید شد. پس از هفته ها بی خبری، در روز ۶ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۴ به خانواده اش اطلاع داده شد که او فوت کرده است. نهادهای امنیتی علت مرگ را «گازگرفتگی» اعلام کردند. گزارش هایی از منابع محلی حاکی از فشار شدید امنیتی، تحویل فوری پیکر بدون توضیح شفاف و تهدید خانواده برای سکوت بوده است. مراسم تدفین تحت نظارت نیروهای امنیتی برگزار شد و به خانواده هشدار داده شد که در صورت پیگیری یا رسانه ای کردن موضوع، با نبش قبر مواجه خواهند شد.
