به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از حال وش، روز دوشنبه ۲۲ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۴، علم عزیزی، ساکن روستای عزیزآباد از توایع شهرستان قصرقند، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی شهر زاهدان، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی علم عزیزی، پس از تحمل ۶۵ روز بازداشت و بلاتکلیف این شهروند با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان مرکزی زاهدان صورت گرفته است.
همچنین، علیرغم تودیع وثیقه برای آزادی علم عزیزی از زندان مرکزی زاهدان، اما در این گزارش، مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات، علت دستگیری و میزان وثیقه تودیع شده برای آزادی موفت وی اشاره ای نشده است.
