امین ظهرابی، شهروند اهل روستای ارمو از توابع شهرستان دره شهر در استان ایلام، از سوی دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی به پنج ماه حبس تعزیری و تبعید برای ادامه خدمت سربازی محکوم شده است.
این شهروند در جریان اعتراضات مردمی زخمی و شامگاه ۱۲ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شد. بر اساس حکم صادرشده، وی پس از پایان دوران محکومیت خود در زندان ایلام، باید برای ادامه خدمت سربازی به شهرستان تایباد در استان خراسان رضوی منتقل شود.
