خلیل رسولی، شهروند کُرد اهل بجنورد و از مجروحان بازداشت شده اعتراضات دی ۱۴۰۴، که مجموعا به ۸ سال حبس، ۸۰ ضربه شلاق و ۲ سال تبعید به خاش محکوم شده است، هم اکنون در زندان مرکزی مشهد (وکیل آباد) دوران محکومیت خود را بدون حق دسترسی به خدمات درمانی سپری می کند.
این شهروند در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات مردمی بجنورد، با شلیک دو گلوله کلت کمری از ناحیه پا مجروح و پس از چند ساعت در منزل خانوادگی خود توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به زندان بجنورد منتقل شد.
وی در فروردین ۱۴۰۵، در یک روند دادرسی ناعادلانه در حالی که از حق داشتن وکیل محروم شده بود، توسط دادگاه انقلاب بجنورد به اتهام های «تحریک به اغتشاش»، «تبلیغ علیه نظام» و «تخریب اموال عمومی» مجموعاً به ۸ سال حبس، ۸۰ ضربه شلاق و ۲ سال تبعید به خاش محکوم شد.

Khalil Rasouli, a Kurdish citizen from Bojnord and one of the injured detainees from the protests in December 2025, is currently serving his sentence in Vakilabad Central Prison in Mashhad without access to medical services. He has been sentenced to a total of eight years in prison, 80 lashes, and two years of exile to Khash.
On 8 January 2026, during public protests in Bojnord, Rasouli was injured by two gunshots to the leg and was arrested at his family home by security forces a few hours later. He was then transferred to Bojnord Prison.
In April 2026, in a trial process where he was denied the right to a lawyer, the Bojnord Revolutionary Court sentenced him on charges of "inciting unrest," "propaganda against the regime," and "destruction of public property" to a total of eight years in prison, 80 lashes, and two years of exile to Khash.
