On Saturday, September 30, 2023, Mahboubeh Beigdel, a resident of Gachsaran in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, was summoned to Branch 3 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Gachsaran. After being charged and failing to post bail, she was arrested and transferred to the local prison.
The charges against Mahboubeh Beigdel during the interrogation session were reported as "propaganda against the regime through online activities" and "spreading falsehoods with the intent to disturb public opinion."
It is noted that Mahboubeh Beigdel had previously received a summons for interrogation and charges at Branch 3 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Gachsaran.
Previously, during the nationwide protests of 2022, Mahboubeh Beigdel was arrested for her activities on social media (Instagram). After undergoing interrogation, she was released under a judiciary directive of "pardon and forgiveness" while awaiting the formation of interrogation and trial proceedings for her case.
On Monday, October 2, 2023, Mahboubeh Beigdel, a resident of Gachsaran, was released from Yasuj prison on bail.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۸ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، محبوبه بیگدلی، ساکن شهرستان گچساران از توابع استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، پس از احضار به شعبه ۳ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گچساران و تفهیم اتهام، در پی ناتوانی در تامین وثیقه، بازداشت و به زندان آن شهرستان، منتقل شد.
براساس این گزارش، اتهام تفهیم شده به محبوبه بیگدلی در جلسه بازپرسی(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام از طریق انتشار مطالب در فضای مجازی) و (نشر اکاذیب به قصد تشویش اذهان عمومی) عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، محبوبه بیگدلی، چندی پیش، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای برای بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام به شعبه ۳ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان گچساران، احضار شده بود.
محبوبه بیگدلی، پیشتر هم در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، در پی فعالیت در فضای مجای(اینستاگرام)، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها در حالی که منتظر تشکیل مراحل بازپرسی و دادرسی به پرونده خود بود با اعمال بخشنامه (عفو و بخشش) قوه قضائیه آزاد شده بود.
امروز دوشنبه دهم مهرماه، محبوبه بیگدلی، شهروند اهل گچساران، با قرار کفالت از زندان یاسوج آزاد شد.
