میلاد صفری ۳۵ ساله است و اهل کرمانشاه. او روز ۳۱شهریورماه ۱۴۰۱ در مهرشهر کرج مورد اصابت ساچمه قرار گرفت.
آن روز از مهرشهر به سمت گوهردشت می رفت.
جمعیت زیادی بودند و نیروهای حکومتی برای متفرق کردن آن ها گاز اشک آور زده بودند.
میلاد به پیاده رو می رود تا کمی نفس بکشد.
چند قدمی راه رفت که لیزر سبز روی صورتش انداختند و دو ثانیه بعد، سر و صورت و چشم و بازوی میلاد مورد اصابت ساچمه قرار گرفت.
چند نفر میلاد را به یک پارکینگ بردند و کمی بعد که خیابان خلوت تر شد او را به بیمارستان رساندند.
میلاد سه بار تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته، اما در نهایت هنوز ساچمه در چشم باقی مانده است.
چشم او تنها ۲۰ درصد دید داشته و بعد از گدشت ۶ ماه همچنان درد دارد.
میلاد اما همچنان قوی و محکم پای آرمان خود مانده است.او در یک ویدئو می گوید: "جمهوری اسلامی چشم مردم معترض را عامدانه مورد هدف قرار داده است تا ایجاد ترس و وحشت کند، ولی امروز خود این رژیم از «صدای چشم ها» می هراسد.صدای چشم ها بلندتر از هر فریادی رسواکننده جنایت ج ا علیه بشریت است."

Milad Safari, 35 years old and from Kermanshah, was hit by pellets on September 22, 2022, in Mehrshahr, Karaj. That day, he was heading from Mehrshahr towards Gohardasht. There was a large crowd, and government forces used tear gas to disperse them. Milad went to the sidewalk to catch his breath. After walking a few steps, a green laser was pointed at his face, and two seconds later, his head, face, eye, and arm were hit by pellets. A few people took Milad to a parking lot, and later, when the street was less crowded, they took him to the hospital. Milad has undergone surgery three times, but ultimately the pellet remains in his eye. His eye has only 20 percent vision and continues to hurt even after six months. Despite this, Milad remains strong and steadfast in his beliefs. In a video, he states that the Islamic Republic has deliberately targeted the eyes of protesters to instill fear and terror, but now the regime itself fears the "voice of the eyes," which is louder than any scream, exposing the crimes of the regime against humanity.
