Armin Dadfar, a 21-year-old Kurdish youth from the city of Badreh in Ilam Province, was fatally shot by direct live ammunition fired by the Islamic Republic’s security forces on Thursday evening, the 18th of Dey 1404 (January 8, 2026), during the popular protests in Ilam, and lost his life.
