در سال ۱۳۹۴، فردی بازداشت و به مدت ۱۰ تا ۱۲ماه در سلول های انفرادی بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات مشهد نگهداری شد. او در حال حاضر در زندان وکیل آباد مشهد در بازداشت به سر می برد و به اتهام «بغی» از طریق عضویت در گروه سلفی حزب الفرقان و عضویت در جبهه همبستگی ملی اهل سنت ایران به اعدام محکوم شده است. در سال های ۱۴۰۲ تا ۱۴۰۳ ، شعبه چهارم دادگاه انقلاب مشهد حکم اعدام را دوباره صادر کرد و دیوان عالی کشور این حکم را تأیید نمود.

The verdict of execution was reaffirmed for Mr Isa Eyd Mohammadi.
In 2015, an individual was arrested and held in solitary confinement at the detention centre of the Intelligence Office in Mashhad for a period ranging from 10 to 12 months. The individual is currently detained at Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad. They have been sentenced to death on charges of "rebellion" through membership in the Salafi group Al-Furqan Party and the National Solidarity Front of Iranian Sunnis. Between 2023 and 2024, the Fourth Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Mashhad reissued the death sentence, which was subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court.
