A person was sentenced by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Bojnurd, presided over by a judge, to three years, six months, and one day in prison. Additionally, the 104th Branch of the Criminal Court of Bojnurd sentenced the individual to eight months in prison and 74 lashes.
The hearing for Mostafa Alipour's case was conducted online in a single session, and the verdict was communicated to him verbally.
This individual was arrested on 8 February 2026 and was temporarily released after 40 days upon posting bail. During detention, the person reportedly experienced torture.
During the protests in December 2025, the individual was injured by a pellet gun, resulting in many pellets being removed from the body. The remaining pellets were removed during detention following an infection.
وی توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب بجنورد به ریاست قاضی "ایزانلو" به سه سال و شش ماه و یک روز حبس و توسط شعبه ۱۰۴ دادگاه کیفری بجنورد به هشت ماه حبس و ۷۴ ضربه شلاق محکوم شده است.

این شهروند طی اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، بر اثر اصابت سلاح ساچمه ای مجروح شده بود که تعداد زیادی از این ساچمه ها از بدن او خارج شد و مابقی طی دوران بازداشت و در پی بروز عفونت از بدنش خارج شد.
