Hafez Forouhi, a resident of Gilan Province, has been held in Lakan Prison in Rasht without resolution for over seven months since his arrest and the completion of interrogations on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
A knowledgeable source reported that this citizen was arrested in connection with a joint case with Manouchehr Fallah by agents and, due to their activities on social media, they were charged during interrogations and subsequent hearings with "propaganda against the regime" and "membership in groups opposing the regime."
It should be noted that Hafez Forouhi and Manouchehr Fallah were arrested by agents affiliated with a security agency in Gilan Province in January 2023. After being transferred to a detention center and undergoing interrogation and being charged, they were moved to the Miagh ward in Lakan Prison in Rasht on January 19, 2023.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز سه شنبه ۱۴ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، حافظ فروحی اهل استان گیلان، با توجه به گذشت بیش از ۷ ماه از تاریخ دستگیری و اتمام بازجویی بطور بلاتکلیف در زندان لاکان رشت بسر می برد.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”این شهروند از بابت یک پرونده مشترک با منوچهر فلاح توسط ماموران بازداشت شده و با توجه به فعالیتهایی که در فضای مجازی داشتند در مرحله بازجویی ها و سپس بازپرسی با (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) و (عضویت در گروه های مخالف نظام) تفهیم اتهام شدند.”
لازم به اشاره است، حافظ فروحی و منوچهر فلاح، در دی ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران وابسته به یکی از نهادهای امنیتی، در استان گیلان، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۲۹ دی ماه ۱۴۰۱ به بند میاق در زندان لاکان شهر رشت منتقل شدند.
