Jamshid Azizi Nanekaran, born on 22 December 1991 in Rasht, was a resident of Astara and held a bachelor's degree in educational sciences. One of his published works is a poetry collection titled "More Pink Than ...," released by Armaghan Arasto Publishing in 2020.
On 15 April 2023, he was arrested at his home by intelligence officers and was released after forty days on a bail of one billion tomans. His case was reviewed by Branch 10 of the Public and Revolutionary Court of Rasht.
Eventually, he was sentenced by Branch 3 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht, presided over by Judge Mehdi Rasekhi, to seven months and sixteen days in prison for charges of propaganda against the system, and three years, six months, and one day for charges of assembly and collusion to commit crimes against national security. In mid-March 2024, the verdict was upheld by Branch 11 of the Gilan Province Court of Appeals.
In late April 2024, Mr. Azizi was summoned to Branch 5 of the Revolutionary Court's Enforcement Office in Rasht to serve his sentence. On 7 May 2024, after reporting to the Astara County Judiciary, he was arrested and transferred to the local prison. He was subsequently moved to Lakan Prison in Rasht on 26 May 2024.
Jamshid Azizi Nanekaran was released from Lakan Prison in Rasht on 1 May 2026 with a leave connected to the end of his sentence.
Following his release from prison, he was charged with "insulting the Supreme Leader" and was subsequently forced to leave the country.
جمشید عزیزی ننه کران، متولد یکم دی ماه ۱۳۷۰ در رشت، شهروند ساکن آستارا و فارغ التحصیل کارشناسی علوم تربیتی است. کتاب مجموعه شعر “صورتی تر از ..” از جمله آثار منتشر شده جمشید عزیزی است که توسط نشر ارمغان ارسطو در سال ۱۳۹۹ منتشر شده است.
وی در تاریخ ۲۷ فروردین ۱۴۰۲ در منزل شخصی خود توسط مأموران اطلاعات سپاه دستگیر و پس از چهل روز با تودیع وثیقه یک میلیارد تومانی، آزاد شد. پرونده وی توسط شعبه ۱۰ بازپرسی دادگاه عمومی و انقلاب رشت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
در نهایت او توسط شعبه سوم دادگاه انقلاب رشت، به ریاست قاضی مهدی راسخی از بابت اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به هفت ماه و شانزده روز حبس و در خصوص اتهام اجتماع و تبانی برای ارتکاب جرم بر ضد امنیت کشور به تحمل سه سال و شش ماه و یک روز حبس محکوم شد. اواسط اسفندماه سال ۱۴۰۲، حکم صادره توسط شعبه یازدهم دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان گیلان عینا تایید شد.
آقای عزیزی اواخر فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۳، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای جهت اجرای حکم حبس به شعبه پنجم اجرای احکام دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان رشت احضار شد. این شهروند ساکن آستارا نهایتا مورخ هجدهم اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، پس از مراجعه به دادگستری شهرستان آستارا بازداشت و به زندان این شهر منتقل شد. وی سپس در تاریخ پنجم خرداد ۱۴۰۳، به زندان لاکان رشت منتقل گردید.
جمشید عزیزی ننه کران، روز ۱۱ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵ با مرخصی متصل به پایان محکومیت از زندان لاکان رشت آزاد شد.
بعد از خروج از زندان با اتهام (اهانت به رهبری) مواجه و کشور را ترک کرد.
