بر اساس حکمی که توسط شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب اهواز صادر و روز شنبه بیست و چهارم تیرماه 1402 به این شهروند ابلاغ شده است، از بابت اتهام “اقدام علیه امنیت ملی” به یک سال حبس تعزیری، پنج سال حبس تعلیقی و دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور محکوم شده است.
