در تاریخ 22 اسفند 1403، رحمان احمدی از روستای سیوچ در شهرستان بانه استان کردستان، پس از احضار به شعبه اجرای احکام دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب آن شهرستان، دستگیر و برای تحمل حبس به زندان بانه منتقل شد. دستگیری وی به منظور اجرای حکم حبس تعزیری سه سال انجام شده است. رحمان احمدی در مراحل دادرسی توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان بانه محاکمه و به اتهام همکاری با یکی از احزاب کرد مخالف نظام به تحمل سه سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود. در مرداد ماه 1402، این شهروند توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل خود دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، در شهریور ماه همان سال با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شده بود.

On Wednesday, 22nd Espand 1403 (March 12, 2025) Mr Rahman Ahmadi, resident citizen of Baneh, was arrested after being summoned to the court of this city and transferred to the city prison to serve his three-year sentence.
On 12 March 2025, Rahman Ahmadi from the village of Siyouch in Baneh County, Kurdistan Province, was detained after being summoned to the Enforcement Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in the county. He was transferred to Baneh Prison to serve a three-year prison sentence. Rahman Ahmadi had been tried by a judge at the Revolutionary Court of Baneh County and sentenced to three years in prison on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party. In August 2023, he was arrested at his home by security forces and, after being taken to a detention centre for interrogation and being formally charged, was released on bail in September of the same year.
