Zahra Mousavi was arrested in early Bahman 1404 during nationwide protests. The charges against her include participating in protests, forming a group, training and making Molotov cocktails, and encouraging individuals to disrupt national order and security.
It has been reported that prior to her arrest, Zahra Mousavi worked as a cashier at a restaurant in the city of Fariman and holds both Iranian and Afghan citizenship. She was born in Iran, and following the formation of this case, her Iranian citizenship has been revoked, and she faces the threat of deportation.
The Revolutionary Court of Mashhad sentenced her to a total of 10 years and 6 months in prison. According to the law on the aggregation of sentences, four years of imprisonment have been designated as the enforceable punishment, with the remainder of the sentence suspended.
زهرا موسوی اوایل بهمن ماه 1404 در جریان اعتراضات سراسری بازداشت شده است. اتهامات مطرح شده علیه او شامل حضور در اعتراضات، ایجاد گروه، آموزش و ساخت و استفاده از کوکتل مولوتوف و ترغیب افراد به برهم زدن نظم و امنیت ملی عنوان شده است.
گزارش شده است که زهرا موسوی پیش از بازداشت به عنوان صندوق دار در یک رستوران در شهرستان فریمان مشغول به کار بوده و تابعیت ایرانی و افغانستانی دارد. او متولد ایران است و در پی تشکیل این پرونده، شناسنامه ایرانی او سلب شده و با تهدید به تبعید نیز مواجه شده است.
دادگاه انقلاب مشهد او را مجموعاً به 10 سال و 6 ماه حبس محکوم کرده است. بر اساس قانون تجمیع احکام، چهار سال حبس تعزیری به عنوان مجازات قابل اجرا برای او در نظر گرفته شده و مابقی حکم به صورت تعلیقی صادر شده است.
