حیدر نکوسیرت، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404، در زندان وکیل آباد مشهد محبوس است. وی توسط دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به دو سال حبس محکوم شده و علیرغم شرایط نامناسب جسمی ناشی از بیماری های کلیوی، چشمی و دیابت، از رسیدگی تخصصی پزشکی محروم مانده است. گزارش شده است که حیدر نکوسیرت در مدت زمان بازداشت از حق دسترسی به وکیل محروم بوده و از بیماری دیابت، نارسایی کلیوی و کاهش بینایی در یک چشم رنج می برد. همچنین، چشم دیگر او نیز دچار مشکل شده است و نیازمند رسیدگی تخصصی پزشکی و اعزام به مراکز درمانی خارج از زندان است.
