On Friday, August 16, 2024, Misbah Dolat, a Baha'i citizen residing in Kerman Province, remains in an uncertain situation without access to basic rights of a detainee, despite a significant amount of time having passed since the date of arrest and completion of interrogation procedures.
The reason for the arrest and interrogation of Misbah Dolat has been cited as this individual's belief in the Baha'i faith by the Kerman IRGC intelligence interrogators and the case investigator. The charges against this individual are reported to be "propaganda against the regime" and "actions against national security." The prosecutor of the Kerman Public and Revolutionary Court has informed the family of this Baha'i citizen that the investigation is not yet complete, even though Misbah Dolat was transferred from a security detention center to the public ward of Kerman prison on the morning of Thursday, August 15, 2024.
It is worth mentioning that Misbah Dolat was arrested by security forces on August 4, 2024. After a search and seizure of some personal belongings and undergoing interrogation procedures at the IRGC intelligence detention center in Kerman Province, he was transferred to the city's prison.
Some personal items, including mobile phones, a laptop, and other personal belongings of this Baha'i citizen, have also been confiscated by the security officer handling the case.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز جمعه ۲۶ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، مصباح دولت شهروند بهایی، ساکن استان کرمان، علیرغم گذشت مدتی قابل توجه از تاریخ دستگیری و طی مراحل بازجویی ها از حقوق اولیه یک متهم، محروم و با وضعیت بلاتکلیف بسر می برد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”علت بازداشت و بازجویی از مصباح دولت، اعتقاد این شهروند به دیانت بهایی از سوی بازجویان اطلاعات سپاه کرمان و بازپرس پرونده آنها عنوان و اتهامات این فرد «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» و «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی» عنوان شده است. بازپرس دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب کرمان به خانواده این شهروند بهایی اعلام کرده که هنوز تحقیقات پرونده به اتمام نرسیده و این در حالی است که پیش از ظهر پنجشنبه ۲۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، مصباح دولت از بازداشتگاه امنیتی به بند عمومی در زندان کرمان، منتقل شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، مصباح دولت در تاریخ ۱۴ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی اش و طی مراحل بازجویی ها در بازداشتگاه اطلاعات سپاه استان کرمان، به زندان آن شهر منتقل شده بود.
برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی های تلفن همراه، لپت تاپ و برخی دیگر لوازم شخصی این شهروند بهایی هم از سوی ضابط امنیتی پرونده شان توقیف شده است.
