محمود احمدی در روستای پرسیلا واقع در ایذه در ۲۹ آذر ۱۴۰۱ به دست نیروهای حکومتی و با شلیک گلوگه کشته شد. پیکر این معترض هیچگاه به خانواده اش تحویل داده نشد. او در سال۱۳۸۰ به دنیا آمده بود و هنگام مرگ بیست و یکسال داشت.
