Sara Hosseinzadeh, a resident of Urmia, was finally located in the city's intelligence detention after several weeks of disappearance, following extensive information dissemination and the persistence of her family and friends. She has now been transferred to Urmia Central Prison.
In recent days, government-affiliated pages covering news from this city on social media have started spreading falsehoods and slandering this woman, who was also a former prisoner of the Mahsa Woman Life Freedom revolution. On these government-associated pages, Sara Hosseinzadeh has been introduced as a blogger and leader, with insinuations even being made about her engaging in immoral activities.
These vile lies have followed the threats and pressures from the case's investigator, named Atashbar. This investigator from Branch 6 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Urmia is the same person who had requested the death penalty for Yaqub Karimpour.
According to friends and close associates of Sara Hosseinzadeh, she was a courageous, responsible, and aware woman who always cared about the people and was deeply saddened and concerned about the conditions in Iran.
