On Saturday, August 17, 2024, Farshad Etemadi Far, born in 1990, a political detainee from the village of Pijab in Khuzestan province, who is currently held without clear charges in Sheiban Central Prison in Ahvaz, will be tried by a judge from the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court.
According to an informed source, the charges listed in the indictment against this individual include "assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security," "propaganda activities against the regime," and "membership in the group and faction—Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization with the intent to disrupt national security."
It is worth mentioning that Saman Hormatnejad was arrested on June 16, 2023, in the village of Pijab, Bash County, by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence. He was transferred to the detention center of the General Directorate of Intelligence in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province in Yasuj for the formation of a legal case. After undergoing interrogation procedures, he was moved to the youth ward and Ward 2 of Yasuj Central Prison and later transferred to Ahvaz Central Prison.
He remained in temporary detention for a long period without clear charges and was deprived of the basic rights of an accused individual.

روز پنجشنبه ۲۵مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، زمان و شعبه دادرسی به اتهامات فرشاد اعتمادی فر مشخص شد. به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۲۷مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، فرشاد اعتمادی فر ـ متولد: ۱۳۶۹، متهم سیاسی، اهل روستای پیجاب از توابع استان خوزستان، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان شیبان مرکزی اهواز، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب اهواز، محاکمه خواهد شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع :”اتهامات مندرج در کیفرخواست صادره بر علیه این فرد «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور»، «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» و «عضویت در گروه و دسته ـ سازمان مجاهدین خلق به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور» عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، سامان حرمت نژاد، در تاریخ ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، در روستای پیچاب از توابع شهرستان باشت، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات، دستگیر و برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در شهر یاسوج منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها به بند جوانان و بند ۲ زندان مرکزی یاسوج منتقل و چندی بعد به زندان مرکزی اهواز، منتقل شدند.
وی پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها برای مدتی طولانی با وضعیت بلاتکلیف در بازداشت موقت بسر برده و از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم بوده است
