براساس ابلاغیه صادره مقرر شده تا لی لی فرهادپور، برای تاریخ رسیدگی ۱۱ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۳، جهت ارائه دفاعیات خود در برابر اتهامات «تهیه و توزیع و تکثیر نوارها و دیسکت های شو و نمایش های مبتذل»، «مشارکت در تهیه محتوای مبتذل بدون آنکه از مصادیق افساد فی الارض باشد به عنوان یکی از عوامل اصلی در تهیه فیلم سینمایی کیک محبوب من» به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب تهران، مراجعه کند.
لازم به ذکر است، فیلم «کیک محبوب من» که در جشنواره فیلم شیکاگو جایزه هوگو نقره ای را به خود اختصاص داد، بدون رعایت قواعد سانسور جمهوری اسلامی، از جمله حجاب اجباری برای بازیگران زن ساخته شده است.
لی لی فرهادپور و اسماعیل محرابی، از بازیگران این فیلم هستند و لی لی فرهادپور در این فیلم بدون حجاب اجباری به ایفای نقش پرداخته است.
