Amirali Pirnia and other individuals involved in the "Caravanserai Concert" have been sentenced to flogging and extensive restrictions.
Amirali Pirnia, a musician and contributor to the "Caravanserai Concert" project, along with Parastoo Ahmadi and eight other participants in this musical program, have faced severe judicial sentences. According to the verdict issued by the Criminal Court of Qom Province, each of these artists has been sentenced to 74 lashes, a two-year travel ban, and a two-year prohibition from any artistic and professional activities in the field of music. Additionally, the court has ordered that their conviction be published in the national media.
In this case, the artists have been charged with "offending public decency through the production and dissemination of indecent and immoral content on virtual platforms." This initial ruling is subject to appeal.
The case dates back to the release of the "Caravanserai Concert" video on 12 December 2024. The performance featured Parastoo Ahmadi without mandatory hijab alongside a group of musicians, including Amirali Pirnia, Ehsan Birkdar, Soheil Faghih Nasiri, and Amin Taheri, and was published on YouTube. The video received widespread attention and was extensively shared on social media.

امیرعلی پیرنیا، نوازنده و از عوامل پروژه «کنسرت کاروانسرا»، به همراه پرستو احمدی و هشت نفر دیگر از دست اندرکاران این برنامه موسیقی با احکام سنگین قضایی روبه رو شده است.
بر اساس حکم صادرشده از سوی دادگاه کیفری استان قم، این هنرمندان هر یک به ۷۴ ضربه شلاق تعزیری، دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور و دو سال محرومیت از هرگونه فعالیت هنری و صنفی در حوزه موسیقی محکوم شده اند. همچنین دادگاه حکم داده است که رأی محکومیت آنان در رسانه های جمعی کشور منتشر شود.
در این پرونده، اتهام هنرمندان «جریحه دار کردن عفت عمومی از طریق تولید و انتشار محتوای مبتذل و خلاف اخلاق در بستر فضای مجازی» عنوان شده است. این حکم بدوی بوده و قابل تجدیدنظرخواهی است.
ماجرای این پرونده به انتشار ویدئوی «کنسرت کاروانسرا» در ۲۱ آذر ۱۴۰۳ بازمی گردد؛ اجرایی که پرستو احمدی بدون حجاب اجباری در کنار گروهی از نوازندگان، از جمله امیرعلی پیرنیا، احسان بیرقدار، سهیل فقیه نصیری و امین طاهری اجرا و در یوتیوب منتشر کرد. این ویدئو با استقبال گسترده کاربران و بازنشر فراوان در شبکه های اجتماعی همراه شد.
