On 22 February 2025, Naser Yadiar, along with his two brothers, Mousa and Hamze, was detained by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location. According to a knowledgeable source, the security forces arrested Naser Yadiar in the village of Dashband in Boukan, while Mousa and Hamze Yadiar were arrested in the village of Qormosali in Boukan without presenting a judicial order.
On 12 April 2026, the three brothers were temporarily released from the prison of this county after posting bail.
It was reported that during their detention, the three brothers were denied access to legal counsel and visits. After the completion of the interrogation process, they were transferred from a security detention center to Boukan prison.
