Rasoul Yadiar, a resident of the village of Gog Tapeh near Bukan, has been sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of Bukan to a total of nine years of imprisonment and a two-year travel ban. The court session addressing his charges was held on 1 June 2026 at the Bukan Revolutionary Court.
During his detention, Yadiar was denied access to a lawyer, phone calls, and family visits, and reportedly faced physical pressure and violent behaviour. The Revolutionary Court of Bukan, presided over by Judge Mehdi Fakhri, sentenced him to five years of imprisonment for "membership in one of the opposition parties" and one year for "propaganda against the regime," along with a two-year travel ban. Additionally, he received another three years of imprisonment related to another part of his case.
This individual was arrested by security forces on the evening of 16 December 2025.
محکومیت رسول یادیار به ۹ سال حبس
رسول یادیار، شهروند اهل روستای گوگ تپه از توابع بوکان، توسط شعبه دادگاه انقلاب این شهرستان به مجموعاً ۹ سال حبس تعزیری و دو سال منع خروج از کشور محکوم شد.
جلسه رسیدگی به اتهامات او در تاریخ ۱۱ خرداد ۱۴۰۵ در دادگاه انقلاب بوکان برگزار شد.
وی در طول دوران بازداشت از دسترسی به وکیل، تماس تلفنی و ملاقات با خانواده محروم بوده و همچنین تحت فشارهای جسمی و رفتارهای خشونت آمیز قرار گرفته است.
دادگاه انقلاب بوکان به ریاست قاضی مهدی فخری، رسول یادیار را بابت اتهام «عضویت در یکی از احزاب اپوزیسیون» به پنج سال حبس تعزیری و بابت اتهام «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به یک سال حبس تعزیری و دو سال منع خروج از کشور محکوم کرده است. همچنین وی در ارتباط با بخش دیگری از پرونده خود به سه سال حبس تعزیری دیگر محکوم شده است.
این شهروند شامگاه ۲۵ آذر ۱۴۰۴ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد.
