بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی پرنیان (فاطمه) هاشم پور، در رابطه با اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شد و پس از چند روز حبس در سلول انفرادی، مورخ ۱۰ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ به بند زنان زندان اوین منتقل شد. این شهروند در مرحله بدوی توسط دستگاه قضایی به پنج سال حبس محکوم شده است.

Prisoners in the women's ward of Evin Prison, following protests against the conditions of the ward and the behaviour of the prison officers and officials, have been deprived of family visits for three weeks.
According to received information, Parnian (Fatemeh) Hashempour was arrested in connection with the nationwide protests in 2025. After spending several days in solitary confinement, she was transferred to the women's ward of Evin Prison on 31 December 2025. In the preliminary stage, the judiciary sentenced this individual to five years of imprisonment.

The initial 5-year prison sentence of Parnian Hashempour was overturned by the Court of Appeals, and her sentence was reduced to 2 years of discretionary imprisonment on the charge of "assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security."
Parnian (Fatemeh) Hashempour, one of those arrested during the 1404 protests, is serving her sentence in Evin Prison. She has been sentenced by the judiciary to five years in prison.
In recent days, she whom was arrested during the nationwide protests of Dey 1404 (December 2025/January 2026) was transferred to Evin Prison for the formation of judicial cases. The report date: January 1, 2026 (11 Dey 1404).
